Provisacc-H Equine industry in India is strong comprising of all kind of horses with a population of over 30,000. The major share of this population is with the Indian Army and the rest is distributed amongst various Race courses, Stud / Breeding farms and Recreational horses. Inspite of being in the hands of economically strong people, it is yet to adopt the scientific approach to Equine husbandry. The key area of concern being feeding and supplementation of the horse.
